I know I really ought not to do it, and I keep on saying so, but it does look as though my plateau may have ended. I am very hopeful, anyway. Might make it to fifty pounds lost this week after all! Phew!

Been a bit of a better day. Didn't sleep in as late as other days, and I've done two loads of washing and cleaned out the catboxes, disinfected and bleached everything and done the floor in the basement hallway where the boxes live under the stairs.

The second load should be about ready for the tumble dryer. Just sitting down with a mocha now (heaped teaspoon of cocoa for .5 points, two sweeteners, in a big mug of coffee with a splash of fat-free Coffee Mate liquid creamer (25 cals or half a point.)

Made Southern-baked chicken with oven chips and corn on the cob for tea, and about to have a doughnut! Oh yes I am! Still have five points left for some chocolate, too - and I ate lunch at a reasonable time today!

Two chicken breast fillets
2 ounces crumbs
Montreal Chicken seasoning
chilli flakes
Accent seasoning (or a quarter teaspoon salt)
Frylight
Egg
Flour

Cut up chicken. Dredge with flour and dip in a beaten egg. Combine dry ingredients in a plastic bag and shake to mix. Drop chicken in bag, shake to coat and put in a baking tin sprayed with Frylight. Spritz top of chicken with Frylight and bake for forty five minutes at 180 c.

Serve with oven chips and mini corn cobs. Gorgeous!

We're going out for dinner on Saturday. Today it is two years since I left the UK to live with the OH here in Germany. He's very tired today, so it makes more sense to go out at the weekend when he's awake and can enjoy himself!

Four weeks tomorrow until we get married, too, so we have plenty to celebrate at the moment.
