You would think that being on WW would encourage me to eat more regularly. Some days I manage it, other times not so much.
This current bout of insomnia has lead to some very odd meal times, although as I don't eat until I've been up for at least three hours ordinarily they aren't so outlandish as you might imagine.
However, today I didn't actually eat a thing until just after 6 pm. I munched on a laugenbrotchen (a sort of bread bun that's a bit like a pretzel without the holes) while stuck in traffic.
Dinner tonight? Half a pizza. Not a WW pizza or a reduced fat pizza. A full on, supreme pizza.
Thank goodness for not eating the rest of the day!
Just glad that I seem to be more or less back to normal after feeling so rotten yesterday. Very tired this evening after all the running around this afternoon, so an early night is in order, probably with a book for the first half hour. I don't feel as though I am going to read for very long tonight!
