First of three revision classes tonight - hooray! No revision done at home yet, OH is off work poorly and he's up and down stairs all the time and the TV has been on non-stop. Grr! My office is full of lumber for the catio we're supposed to be building, but I can move that into the other spare room. 

It's cold and wet and miserable, but I still got out there and did day 2 of the Couch to 5k training. Yay, me! It went okay, ran for 8 minutes all together, with 90 second recovery walks in between the first seven and a five minute warm up and cool down walk either end.

Need to get some water in my bottle for school as the vending machine is all out and I hate the fizzy water in it anyway.

I had a SP when I got in from my run - lightest I've been all week, and that was with fluids and some Special K and milk on board. I will try not to weigh myself again!

Thanks to Mrs Rhino for the wall post, I will try rejigging my daily points total and see if I shouldn't be eating a wee bit more. I might eat my saved activity points tonight, or some of them anyway. I usually eat all my daily points, but I have had a couple of plateaux so far even before I started exercising more. I think it must be just me and my silly body and the way my metabolism works!
