Crossing fingers

I admit it. I took a SP this afternoon when I woke up (again.) It seems I may be in for a loss this weekend, with any luck.

However, tomorrow marks two years since I left my family, my job and the UK and moved to Germany to live with the OH. We'll be married in just under a month, but we're planning on going out for dinner tomorrow night to quietly celebrate our two years of cohabiting.

I'm pretty good at staying within points; I have a hankering for an Italian tomorrow night (definitely no Chinese food, thank you, not unless we go to a really nice restaurant I know in Schwetzingen.) We usually go for Yugoslavian food, but I don't much fancy that as it's very heavy on the meat and fried foods. There's quite a nice Italian restaurant in town, so that might be a good option.

I've saved a few points today (while we still can save points! *g*) so I can afford a wee splurge if I am careful with what I eat tomorrow. I've had two rubbish days of not eating till really late in the day as I've been sleeping such a lot. Stayed within points, but yesterday was basically a bread roll and then half a big pizza! Not healthy!

Today I have had a couple of rolls with low-fat spread, a quark with some cocoa powder swirled through it (really lush!) and some lamb hot pot, which was all of 7.5 points. I am now nibbling on some very good chocolate and enjoying it greatly.

The OH is in a mood as he's very tired but has some work to do on the computer. Unfortunately he had to uninstall and reinstall McAfee as it wasn't starting when he came home and tried to do some work. The bedding has been washed and the bed re-made, so it's all ready when he is. He refused tea tonight, so I may well eat his dinner for my lunch tomorrow!
